Digging Deeper: Produced in Russia at the ITAR factory, they combine one of Russia's finest spirits "Lux", which is the only spirit in Russia to still be produced in copper vats, and contains 96.5% pure alcohol, with artesian well water from a depth of 100 metres out of an ecologically clean water basin of the Kaliningrad region.
Just 2000 bottles of this authentic 600 year old vodka are approved each day, making it remarkable that Sainsburys got their hands on any at all. The bottle itself is based on an old vodka container and stunningly made at the Potyomkin Glassworks, even the bottle is a work of art.
